ALI.COM AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
You can’t get closer to the Champ and his own signature than right
here, in his own store.
We have partnered with Online Authentics to make verification 100% assured.
All autographed memorabilia items are authenticated by Online Authentics
at time of signing.
- A photo of the autograph on each item is taken by Online Authentics
at the time Ali signs it.
- Each item and its autograph is assigned a unique registration number.
- A tamper-proof Online Authentics hologram, containing its unique
registration number, is placed on each item.
- A special card with Online Authentics registration number, matching
the hologram number, is included with your purchase.
- A photograph of the item’s autograph is available for viewing
24/7, online at Online Authentics. You can thus verify the distinct pattern
of each autograph.
- A signed letter from president of Muhammad Ali Enterprises, LLC verifying
your purchase, accompanies each Ali Authentics™ item.
- Unique memorabilia items and display cases sold by MAE are available
only here, on Ali’s official site. Limited edition items bear a special

ALI.COM SHIPPING POLICY
- All orders, both domestic and international, are fully insured
at the expense of Ali.com.
- All orders from Ali.com, both domestic and international, are shipped
using UPS. At the time of checkout you may choose your desired shipping
method (i.e. Ground, 2 Day, Overnight).
- The approximate shipping time is always listed on Ali.com next to
the product.
- Ali.com does not ship to P.O. boxes.
- A Value Added Tax (VAT), and/or other comparable country tax, may
also apply depending on the country to which the order is being shipped.
If your order is subject to a VAT tax, and/or other comparable tax, the nearest
UPS headquarters will contact you upon the order’s arrival and inform
you of the amount and acceptable methods of payment (usually credit card,
COD, or check), which must be paid in full by you, and not Ali.com.
- VAT is not calculated at time of purchase by Ali.com and will not
appear on the amount you are charged by Ali.com for your purchase. VAT
is calculated by UPS and must be paid to UPS by the recipient of the order.
If VAT is not paid by recipient, UPS will not deliver goods nor allow goods
to be picked up.

ALI.COM RETURN POLICY
- Ali.com customer service must be notified of all items that you wish
to return within 3 days of receipt of the order.
- Customer service will then issue a UPS return shipping label that will
be emailed to the address used when the order was placed. You will
then affix it to the box, and drop it off at your nearest UPS store/facility.
- Return shipping must occur within 15 days of receipt of the order.
- To receive a full refund, returned items must be in original sale condition,
returned within the appropriate timeframe (15 days), and contained in their
appropriate boxes.
- Refunds are issued either to the credit source, or in the form of an
Ali.com store credit, at the discretion of Ali.com or its agents.
- Return shipping, insuring, and handling charges are non-refundable and
will be deducted from your total refund amount, except in case of manufacturer
defect, damage, or shipping error, in which case Ali.com will cover all
return shipping and handling charges.
- Final determination as to whether an item is damaged, defective, or shipped
in error is established at the discretion of Ali.com or its agents. If
a returned item is deemed as neither damaged nor defective nor shipped
in error, all charges must be paid by the customer.
- Returned memorabilia items must include the actual COA and be in original
sale condition, returned within their appropriate boxes -- as determined
by Ali.com or its agents.
- Please note that there are no returns for washed or worn apparel, or
for opened non-wearables such as CDs, cassettes, and DVDs.
- In addition to return shipping and handling charges, please note that
there is a 15% restocking fee on all items that are not deemed to be damaged,
defective, or shipped in error.
- Once your package has been received at Ali.com, your refund will be processed
in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be
notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction
has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require
additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once
they have received the information from ali.com.
