1. How do I know your items are authentic?

Ali.com’s operations and strategies are driven by the three of the principles associated with Muhammad Ali: inspiration, integrity, and authenticity. In honoring the spirit of The Greatest of All Time™, we guarantee that all Ali memorabilia is 100% authentic.


In an effort to assure our shoppers of absolute authentically signed memorabilia, we have partnered with the most highly valued of authenticators in sports -- Online Authentics. Online Authentics is an online registry that ensures that a staff member witnesses and photographs each item being signed and then registers verification of each individual item on a publicly available internet database.


How it works:

 

There will be NO disputing that your memorabilia was signed by The Champ.


2. Can I rely on product availability and pricing?

Any product that is displayed on our site is available for purchase. 
Please note that, depending on the item, shipping times may vary.  The shipping time window will always be displayed with the product. 
The prices listed on the site were carefully selected to make sure they accurately represent the value of each unique item.


3. Do you guarantee my purchase?

This is the official Muhammad Ali website and only offers for sale items that are signed and approved for sale by Muhammad Ali himself.  In addition, all of our signed memorabilia is certified by Online Authentics, an online registry that has a staff member witness each item being signed, and then registers the item on a publicly available internet database.


We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the product that you have selected.  If there are ever any problems please feel free to contact us and we will make sure it is handled quickly and efficiently.

4. Can I send an item to be signed or personalized by Muhammad Ali?

No, please do not send any of your own collectibles or photos for Muhammad Ali to sign.  We have made sure to provide a variety of signed and authentic items from which you can choose. 


5. How can I find out about new items?

The best way to receive in depth updates about the happenings on Ali.com and our new products is to sign up for our newsletter.

6.  What is your Return Policy?

Please refer to our Return Policy for this and other shipping questions.

Ali.com is the only site that has been personally authorized by Muhammad Ali himself to sell his goods online. 
All of the content on the site and the items for sale are written and approved by a team that works directly with Muhammad Ali.
No other internet site works directly with The Champ in this way to guarantee that each item on the site – whether content or a sale item -- reflects the integrity and spirit that Muhammad Ali represents.

We do not currently appraise or authenticate sports collectibles that are sent to us.

Ali.com knows that you care how information about you is shared and used. 10. Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

11. Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax only applies to orders that are shipped to Arizona, Michigan, New Jersey, and Tennessee. If you request delivery to one of these states, the respective sales tax for that state will be applied when you make your purchase and you will see it in your final sum charge.

12. How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the UPS tracking number for your package.

13. How can I modify my order?

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are likely not able to make modifications.  For questions regarding a specific order please contact our customer service department at 1-866-933-1ALI (1-866-933-1254) or send an email to shop@ali.com.

14. Do you ship to where I live?

15. If I live outside of the United States, are there extra costs for shipping?

International shipping rates vary depending on the country, size and weight of the order.

International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping costs on the review page of the checkout process. This is the last page before finalizing your order. From this page you may either cancel or proceed with your order.

16. Are there extra risks associated with international shipping?

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from ali.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.


Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.


Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.


If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

17. Is there extra tax charged for international shipping?

A Value Added Tax (VAT), and/or other comparable country tax, may also apply depending on the country to which the order is being shipped.  If your order is subject to a VAT tax, and/or other comparable tax, the nearest UPS headquarters will contact you upon the order’s arrival and inform you of the amount and acceptable methods of payment (usually credit card, COD, or check), which must be paid in full by you, and not Ali.com.


VAT is not calculated at time of purchase by ali.com and will not appear on the amount you are charged by ali.com for your purchase. VAT is calculated by UPS and must be paid to UPS by the recipient of the order. If VAT is not paid by recipient, UPS will not deliver goods nor allow goods to be picked up.


Please note, if the applicable VAT tax is not paid, your order will be held at the UPS facility until the payment is made or until the shipment is refused.  All international return shipping and handling fees are paid by the person placing the initial order.

18. Do you gift wrap?

Ali.com does not currently offer gift wrap as an option.

19. How do I purchase a gift certificate?

Gift certificates are not currently available for purchase online.

21. When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received at ali.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from ali.com.

22. What are the charges for Shipping & Handling?

Shipping rates are based on order size, destination, and delivery time.  We ship all of our orders through UPS, and you may choose the delivery method at the time of checkout, with the corresponding rate listed next to it. 


Handling charges are paid in full by Ali.com at no extra cost to you. 

23. Can I insure the item I ship?

Each item shipped is insured through UPS at the expense of Ali.com.
